Metal Freaks is a series of Flash games, inspired by various rhythm-oriented games including BeatMania IIDX, DJ Max, and Guitar Freaks. All of the MF games are 100% free to play, and the soundtrack for the series consists primarily of rock/metal influenced music of various worldwide origin (samples).

Metal Freaks V

The 5th installment of the series is currently in development, and is expected to be completed in 2009. Unlike the previous games, MF V will be an exclusively online experience that will feature an impressive song list and online stat tracking.

MF V is currently in open beta, you can play it online HERE. Final version will be completed (hopefully) by Oct/Nov 09.

Metal Freaks (1st – 4th versions)

You can play all of the previously released MF games online (via Newgrounds.com) or download them in .exe format for offline play. Downloading is recommended and will result in much smoother gameplay.
